It is the ninth most spoken language in the world with many speakers living in other countries like parts of the United States, and Brazil. Japanese is said to be one of the most difficult languages in the world to learn as its written language has 3 different methods of writing—one of them based on thousands of Chinese characters called Kanji. The other two are each based on 48 character Japanese alphabets called Hiragana and Katakana.
The spoken language however is made easier by having no verb
conjugation, no gender of nouns, and no articles like a, the etc.
